Masterfound Security Training
Training is key to delivering effective quality of security service/Services. MasterFound has therefore invested in a fully equipped training facility where the guards undergo intensive sessions. A compulsory two (2) week intensive pre-deployment training program and onsite training is conducted and facilitated by well qualified experienced guarding services instructors. After leave is undertaken annually, refresher courses are fullfilled to ensure freshness and understanding prior to being re-deployed back to assignment. Once training is completed, the Guards are deployed to clients' sites. Highly trained Supervisors conduct regular and extensive on-site security inspections, to ensure the level of service offered meets our high standards and obligations to our clients.
